Cabbage salad - new
This is such a simple recipe it is untrue but the result are so good it is a legend in Bulgarian dishes.
This will eaten all day once on the table, so you better make two lots as it will be needed!
1 medium carrot
Slice the cabbage and grate the carrot. Put in a bowl and cover with oil and vinegar and mix well. Add some salt to taste. That’s it!
Of course you cannot have this without a rakia to make the perfect compliment of food and drink in true Bulgarian style
